Daniel's prison time

So far Daniel is guilty of:
Stalking Bree and Lucy
Breaking and entering Lucy's apartment
Riding the rails
Breaking into the abandoned building
Breaking and entering the warehouse
Breaking and entering Bree's house
Not reporting a murder and being a witness to murder
Fleeing a murder scene
Statutory rape
Fake ID
Underage drinking
If convicted on all counts, how much prison time do you think he would get?

Seriously, how many people are gonna get that joke?
I think you'd have a hard time pressing a case for stalking as well as underage drinking/fake ID? He lost the ID after all, where's your evidence, some video off the internet?
Breaking and entering and withholding evidence you could probably get a case for. if The Order took care of the body there isn't even a case for the murder stuff. Though I imagine he could claim shock and post-traumatic stress disorder or something and get off on the withholding evidence anyway.
So three counts of breaking and entering, except one of those is Brees house and being Brees best friend it's not much of a case. Also Brees mum would have to surface to press charges.
So
two counts of breaking and entering. He also stole from the warehouse so you can add that in too.
