Chat has now been broken for 36+ hours. What is going on? A lot of the regulars are asking when it will be back up.

Yea i've also been getting alot of questions from people that frequent the chat along with a few people that don't come in often atleast someone let us admins know because we don't know what to tell people

It works for me again, sort of.

Well I was in the chat and it blacked out my comp again, so i rebooted and returned only to black out again... and now my computer won't turn back on.

well if we get IRC. i won't be able to participate because for some odd reason i never connects when i got to it!...can anyone help me with that?

It used to work fine for me, but now it's not working for me either. I get 'page can not be displayed'.

Of course it only happens when I actually want to use IRC.

Edit: Guess it was a one time thing or something, it's working now

I've had this same problem, for some reason my vrius protection blocked every IRC traffic, no matter what client I used I couldn't connect. It's a known problem for at least McAfee AntiVirus. Maybe more suffer from the same thing. Worth looking into.
