Hello all,
My name is Lexi. I've been watching the LG15 videos since about August, I guess. I never bothered to join the forums before. Although now that I can't sleep I figured I'd give it a try. So yeah, this is me introducing myself.

I don't know, I haven't been able to fall asleep until about three in the morning for like three weeks. It is really annoying, I've tried taking OTC sleeping pills, but they don't work. I don't really like the idea of taking anything stronger though, so I'm kind of stuck.

I know how you feel. I've had mild insomnia all my life, but I don't want to take pills.
I hope it gets better soon!
