OMG its not fish its Phish

I really feel that this place would have to be close to Maddy it feels like Mr Zipp wants to meet.
How: The car dropping off an unarmed person alone.
When: Cars headlights are on indicating night.
Who: The notes on the bottom spelling out how you test a microphone. (Maddy is Zipps microphone)
Where: ??? Winery or Fish
Why: ???
What: Drop or Meeting
The note on the envelope sounds like an advertisement.
Come to Blah blah blah For a bottle of wine from your favorite winery (or whatever else tickles your fancy).

I've looked at the vid and can't find anything at the music festival to relate to the clue. But maybe I'm looking in all the wrong places (story of my life!!)

				could it be
 For a bottle of wine
find your favorite
winery
?
The find instead of from, gives us something to do, look for, etc. Maybe it ties into the other clues.
Just a thought.
Edit: On second look, don't think that last letter could be a d.

Unarmed? Unarmed!? In East TX?! If she was from there, even my grandmother would probably go armed to church.
No way, she should take her faithful shotgun, like any other day.

Wow!!! That's great. I'm not sure what that means exactly, but everything you said makes a lot of sense.

Maddy, Skunk and I stayed up all night because we found some faint markings on that Dr. Seuss page and guess what, it was guitar tab...

Okay, it isn't much, but I think I've made the characters behind Mr. Chef a little easier to read.

				Okay, a stretched thought:
TFW is listed on MySpace as being in Phoenix.
In Tempe, AZ (outside of Phoenix) is the "Big Fish Pub".
1) Big Fish - name of movie with Albert *Finney*, as mentioned by Bethy.
2) Big Fish Pub features open mic/karaoke nights - a reference to the decoded guitar tab "Is this thing on?"
3) Pub = references to wine on envelope?
