yes. i was thinking about it, remember the text of the videos from the order, all of them had "OTS" and the board says "OTS
NOT WATCHERS" so, the guy that kidnapped them is absolutely no watcher

i'll try to photoshop the board so we can see it clear, but, for what i can see, in the order there are the Watchers, the Helpers, and OTS.
remember when lucy appeared? she was bree's helper

The Flock. Religion members. They don't know ANYTHING (then something I can't read)
Watcher. Protector?
"OTS" NOT Watchers. What are they?
Then there's stuff in a circle that's somewhat obscured by Jonas's head, and the word "Ceremony" with question marks all around it.
