Chantal: Okay. Well, I'm from Newark, New Jersey. I met Corbin there when we were both 13. He was my boyfriend. We dated for around 3 years, until, uh. Well, he was killed. That's right, you missed class yesterday when I talked about it. Ya, well, he was shot and killed one day. Kinda sucked watching him die, you know? But I guess that kinda prepared me for having to watch my little brother die now. And why am I here? Well, my mum didn't know what to do with me. Didn't know how to handle my sadness, and so she just sent me here. Made me someone else's problem, kinda like she is with Brian, my little brother.
Okay, so what about you? Where are you from? Why are you here?

OOC-Gosh, Chantal's a basketcase! Not only did she see her boyfriend of 3 years shot and killed and now has to witness her little brother die slowly of cancer, but she grew up in Jersey, too! DAMN! Just kidding, I have nothing against New Jersey, I love it.

Cloud: holy cow, we are sooo alike. i watched my best friend die infront of my eyes and i couldnt do a thing to help her. they chased us and we didnt know they had guns and then she got shot and the last thing she told me was to run. so i ran, i ran so far. i couldnt save her. as to why im here, i cant really tell you here in the hall.
