I can see the conspiracy theories already!
I'm much rather have twj actually there, doing something in the background as if he's always been there, but with TWJ being outside the LA area, that's less likely than one of these two suggestions...

hes 31 i think, me an ApotheosisAZ were discussing it lol
he would had to have a fling when he was 15 and then put it straight up for adoption lol

I got it! Bree will make a vid talking about stuff...she'll have a picture of her dad...OR...OH! They find a pic of her dad somewhere, Jonas' or something...and it's Twj.

It would appear that this idea is quickly gathering momentum!
And I am probably not right about twjaniak's actual age. I am seldom right about anything.
Perhaps an appearance as on of Jonas' many former psychologists? That would seem to fit in somewhat with twjaniak's previous videos.

I think that could be acomplished with a phone call maybe.....like jonas trying to get help with the Bree depression thingy....he could just flash a picture and claim that TWJ was the only one that was able to give him some help so he decided to call him.....then bust out the phone conversation (only 10 secs or so)
