The words "They Are Watching" appear at the bottom of the screen in this capture. Maybe a clue to the location.

There are several places in the video where locations are repeated, the theatre/venue and the garage are two main ones.
The locations are:
Theatre from a distance (washington street)
alley (shown more than once)
rooftop
public parking garage
the theatre again
benches
street scene
closeup of theatre, including the door
the back of a building
stairs/fire escape
grafitti room
flagpole (with building to the side)
