To me it sounds like a direct sample from one of CiW's videos, but modified. Anyone could have done the same.

I think what freaks me out about it the most is that it's hearing the original voice behind it.
I agree anyone could have sampled it and done it, now that I think about it.
But yeah.
It's creepy when guys use a computer to make their voices sound female!
