phonetically I'm getting:

Not sure what the wicker stoll is supposed to be. Possibly mat, which translates to 'p'?
EDIT: Upon looking at other images for the glyphs, I'd safely assume the wicker stool is the mat, which makes the last word "koprurod"
I'm going with cbgb on this, "bree has been captured" seems to fit the best

since they captured bree....... and it is so related to silent hill... do you think the ceremony is to burn her? because that is what happens in SH where the girl gets burned (movie that is)
