Just start off slow, that's all. Its when people go in there and try to work out like crazy maniacs that it hurts. What kind of working out do you do...aerobics, weight lifting, something else?

I'm probably just going to start off with some cardio and maybe next week start back in on light weights.

Honestly, I have to say that I'm glad my job is pretty much a workout, because I would never have the motivation to go to the gym

Only one...and it didnt' go to pointe so I didn't see the use in it since I would have been starting that if we'd stayed in MO. It was horrible, too...that dance instructor...just...ugh.

I still did pointe...just in community theatre musicals, lol! Now...I'd probably break an ankle due to the strain of the weight, haha.

Of course they're not! I probably owe a lot to you Ziola for getting me to go back. I'm really excited about it.
And seriously, there are some really AWFUL ballet teachers out there. I know from experience.
