they're not great, but i clearly see each of the kids caught, and hear clearly bree saying jonas before each one....

It just looked like the camera had a light on it, and the parts where the light didn't hit were a lil more fuzzy because of the bad lighting. (if that makes sense)

Also, I think the fogging around the camera is to signify the element of being "watched" or spied on. It does look like an eye Onewen!

Oh and one more thing. XD I think the order person broke into the car they got into. If not, why the strange noise right then when they got in?

I didnt see that. did any of you?

just a weird glare, or could it mean something?

Part of the "Beauty" of Vegas is that many of the billboards are like giant tvs- they change constantly, and even have sound and motion.

all in the eye of the beholder, i guess.
