Oh...it's not going floral when administering revenge on an ex. It's very, very calmly acted out, precise, devious, cold and calculating. Then you get to laugh about it for years to come.

Most of the girls I've met have actually "ran away" as opposed to "gotten away"

So, in that sense they got away, but mostly because I said the wrong thing or said too much and scared them off (I think, looking back, I might have come across as a bit obsessive to at least one of them). And I've never met "the one", really; there's always been something that turns me off. With one it was selfishness and unreliability, and with another it was being shy in person and outspoken online (so pretty much a lack of communication, since she didn't tell me what I did wrong somuchas write to me about it later

). Either I'm too picky (probably), or I just haven't yet fallen in love with a girl who's open and honest with me. If I really had to choose a OTGA, I'd choose a girl whom I had a crush on my senior year of high school. But that was when I was painfully shy around girls to whom I was attracted, so I didn't even give her a chance. But she seemed more well-suited to me than some of the girls I've met recently, so I'll go with her.
