and I'm thinking there's got to be a key on that ring that they don't have an explanation for, and that's the reason he took them..
I'm sticking with the underground bunker theory, lol.. prolly cause I just watched a show with one in it the other night, lol!

Maybe it's like an old bomb shelter or something and the key was on that ring...AND he didn't want them running away...
