Wow..Just wow..I can't puts my thoughts it to words right now but great find I must say. I will back to you.

To me it just looks like when a car drives by and the sun hits the metal..sometimes it shines into people's houses. It was just caught on web cam funny or something. My web cam goes wonky sometimes and it gives things weird looks.
