I isolated the part that sounds like them saying "How about you help us" If anyone can modify it further and make it clearer let me know. I have limited audio software.

To be honest I think its just "Cassie" saying F**k You and then she altered her voice like she usually does

In the non-altered version I think right after the weird clicking sound it sounds like a guy saying "How about you help us" if you listen closely it almost sounds like Cassie's creepy whisper says "help" along with the man. My guess is that its Frank and Cassie asking for help.
